Marking Time is a four part miniseries about Hal, a small town boy who has just left high school, and his falling in love with Randa, an Afghani refugee. The story is set in rural Australia in 2000-2001, and encompasses the Sydney Olympics, 2000, and the September 11, 2001, terrorist attack on the USA.      -- NFSA
